Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?

It is free for as long as you want to use it — not a time-limited trial. No card required to start. It gives you a fixed demo assessment, your score and time, and a short Big Five summary.

What do I get with One Access that the free plan does not include?

Unlimited, freshly generated questions across all 7 categories, your choice of 10/20/30/40 questions per set, correct answers with full explanations, adaptive personality follow-up questions based on your profile, and your complete progress history.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Open "Manage billing" from your dashboard to cancel in a couple of clicks — no long-term contract, no phone call required. You keep One Access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure, hosted checkout page. Your card details are never entered into or stored on Train for the Job's servers.

Will my progress carry over if I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Your attempt history is tied to your account, not your plan, so it stays intact either way.

Do you offer monthly and annual billing?

Both. Monthly is $9.99/month; annual is $79/year, which works out to roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
